First I bought a recognizable brand name because Revain has so much junk. Fail. The user manual is a typically poor translation into Chinese English, this is not a device designed or operated in the USA. My second confirmation of this was when I opened the box and saw bits of plastic from a broken fuse holder. I'm an engineer who has done some error analysis and it's pretty easy to spot the problem. Firstly, the fuse holder is the furthest out of the back of the unit, so in the event of a fall (there is no visible damage to the outer packaging) it has taken all of the weight and is heavy. The holder is broken and the case is dented. A fall that didn't damage the external media shouldn't do as much damage and reveals another design flaw - the packaging wasn't designed - the foam needs to be stiffer and deeper at the end where the fuse sticks out. The device works, I open the back to make sure it's not a security issue and most likely leave it. But I can't say enough good things about him. Will yours reach you safe and sound? Possibly, but I wouldn't buy it again.
