Excellent support and flawless services provided
The customer service is great! They are always willing to help you out with anything that comes up in regards of your account or website/applications they manage for us (and I'm not exaggerating).
It's easy enough so even my non-technical husband can use it without any issues at all - he just needs someone who knows how things work around here :) We've had some minor glitches but nothing too major as far as downtime goes; we're pretty sure our hosting provider fixed them quickly when notified about their occurrence though. Great platform overall if used correctly by having an understanding person running everything behind scenes helps avoid problems from occurring in first place :D Not much really since this software handles most aspects well anyway ;).
