I'm a size 8.5 and I wear a women's size 8 and they're quite tight. It didn't bother me too much because I thought I might need to break them in. But I put them on for work the 6 hour shift today and there was water and oil on the floor and these shoes are NOT slip resistant. I've slipped a few times today and I'm afraid of hurting myself wearing them to my workplace. But they are so stylish and they are actually comfortable for the first few hours. They may be more expensive than Walmart or Sketchers anti-slip products, but at least they actually work.
