All sizes do not fit XL. The size is only 25mm, although the packaging says 30mm, so it's a lot thinner than expected. I'm between L and XL, so I went for XL. it's so big that i can't carry it. Belt hole range on XL is 39 1/2" to 43 1/2". The quality of stitching and assembly is generally good. As for the style, it looks more homely in person than in the photos. The cork isn't shiny, but the buckle is super shiny chrome, which is an odd combination. I think a matte chrome buckle would look better. I'll probably bring it back and try 35mm in Large.
