Effective but cheap and tasteless.
Easy to install with a spirit level marked with correct spacing of nail holes. Interestingly, the horizontal spacing for the holes is a large vertical spacing when then multiple are hanging. I used an 18 inch single measure spirit level and easily set up nine of them in horizontal and vertical rows. Of course, you must be able to read the spirit level and the plumb line. faint in every color but white. He takes those inconspicuous, affordable plastic holders and makes them cheap and tasteless! So be aware. But something different for a good office.
