Husband ordered this for me as a gift. It is SO SOFT! I'm usually size 18W and it fit really well. Only thing of issue for some may be the sleeves are a little slender. I usually prefer a loose fit. I wear a tank or sleeveless top underneath. You definitely don't need a long sleeve shirt. It's very cozy and warm.
