You all arrived safe and sound! I was convinced one would be broken on arrival but no. They're actually all pretty good quality, thick plastic, about the length of my arm, and have a hair retainer (prongs) on the inside of the clip to hold the hair. I have very silky hair, the clips tend to just hold it and eventually it usually falls out, so far it has been kept on all the time. I have medium hair and this clip is big enough for my hair. Wanted to change myself by putting a ponytail in my hair and didn't want to spend a lot of money, it's amazing.
