Not filled enough, terrible packaging.

When I first opened the package I was disappointed. I opened the brown envelope to find the "stuffed" pillow completely flattened and flattened inside a thick plastic sleeve. This must be delivered in a box, because after taking it out, the cuddly toy looked terribly crumpled on the outside. Worse, the "soft pillow" is 1/3 empty and doesn't look as full as it does in the picture.
