Doesn't fit in the hands at all
This cable doesn't really fit. It's good for the reformer and all, but absolutely useless for arms and abs alone because it doesn't really have enough resistance (even when I tighten it as hard as I can) to get the bottom bracket back to bottom. Heavier cables can easily be weighted down. It doesn't look like the yellow feather of a high-end reformer.
