Review on Capital Clarity by Michael Boyce

I worked with this company twice. I signed up to receive alerts about my portfolio companies and did get some nice updates. But then, after two months, I stopped receiving any updates. I emailed them and they said they didn't have access to the portfolio company information yet. Then, a month later, I got another email from them asking if I'd mind sharing some feedback about their service. I had a number of complaints about their pricing and how difficult it was to use. I told them, and they offered to lower their prices. I accepted, thinking it would help me make my decision on whether to continue with them. However, when I looked again at their prices, I found them still higher than many of the other services I've used. And, their "free trial" (a 30 day free period) doesn't seem to apply to the free trial that I tried to sign up for at their website. Also, their site is extremely slow to load. It took 3 minutes to load even though I'm on a pretty fast connection. This made me wonder if their servers were having issues. I haven't seen anything like this since I worked at Google. I don't think I'll use them again.
