I've never really worn a lot of wrist braces, so to speak and from what I can remember, this is my first time wearing something specifically like this. I decided to get this since my wrists have been aching a bit lately and I'm pretty certain that it may be related to carpal tunnel. I don't want to go to the doctor just yet, but I heard that wearing a brace for short period of times, particularly during repetitive actions, can be helpful so here I am.This is nice in that it's easy to figure out how to put it on. That may seem silly, but I've had ankle braces that got a bit confusing, particularly once all the velcro bits got mixed up. I also admittedly try to put stuff like this on without instructions because I know people will do this themselves. If I can get this on easily without instructions then I know it will be likely super easy for those who do use them.It's comfy enough, although I will say that I only wore it for shorter periods of time. I need to test this out in longer increments to see how it does. As another said, it can't be changed from one wrist to another.
