I bought this product to use during my snorkeling in the Galapagos Islands. All in all, he captured some pretty unique shots, but I'm a novice GoPro user and haven't quite mastered the proportions of the dome. It was difficult to understand the angles/depth of the dive to take unique underwater/aboveground shots. In addition, water droplets on the dome can distort the clarity of "over water" footage. However, the dome makes the GoPro very buoyant. I was in incredibly strong water so I felt safe swimming in it as it kept my camera on the surface. In addition, the sun reflecting off the dome attracted many sea lions and curious fish to my camera, making it an invaluable subject.
