I looked at several running websites with reviews of the best running shoes for bad/painful knees. Saucony Cohesion was listed as very good shoes for bad knees on four of the five websites I looked at. Excellent purchase. The fit was perfect. I run on a treadmill. 12 km per week. I fell in love with this shoe from day one. The shoes provided excellent cushioning and cushioned the weight on my knees. They are way better than my other brands of shoes. I was also surprised at how light the shoe is. The price for this high quality shoe is unbeatable.
