I bought this to spice up my marriage. The material was a bit rough but the velcro held up and didn't fall off. I thought it was one size fits all. It was close enough, if not a bit big. I don't think my wife appreciated it. I think she's a Redskins fan. Edit: I just read the description and it's not what I thought! CHANGED TO 4 STARS BECAUSE IT GAVE ME A RASH.
