I have an illness that has caused me to lose muscle strength, but I also have very severe Restless Legs Syndrome. I have found that when you use different stimuli to fool the nerves in your legs, it stops the restless leg. And that's exactly what happens when I use this massage gun with a round nozzle, gently moving my legs up and down on the medium setting. This can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, but for the most part it works wonders for me. While I have not used any of the other attachments they appear to be of good quality and I am sure they will work well for those who need them. I guess it's easy. I can deal with that a lot easier. I also appreciate that there aren't really any really bright lights that end up shining straight in my face and blinding me, and I use it. There are a few things I would like to have in this massage gun. First is the massage gun battery level so I know when to charge it. The other is a case where you can put anything. It came in a box, but it would be nice to have a zippered pocket that would be easier for me to get in and out of. For my use, this massage gun works. really good for relieving my restless legs. This is so easy to do to get rid of a really aggravating problem. And in general I'm much calmer afterwards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has restless legs as well as those it is intended for.
