Update: Tried to remove links and managed to remove 2 contacts before the tool broke. The gold plating over the pin holes makes the links extremely difficult to remove and the instrument breaks because you have to apply a lot of pressure. Otherwise a great watch, but by definition. I'll take it to someone to resize. Beautiful watch, love the packaging, extra battery and resizing tool - would have given 5 stars but the clasp was stuck, took forever to open and I tried to remove 2 links to no avail. You may need to take it somewhere to do this. The rest of the watch is amazing and very shiny!
