The arm straps painfully cut into the armpit/chest area and no matter how much you adjust them, they never hold. I've also found that during the day when wearing it and trying to do simple things you can't really bend and the bottom strap tends to bunch up and dig into the rib area a bit. You have to wear it over your shirt or it will be annoying. And make sure you adjust it carefully, there's a fine line between "it seems to relieve some of the pain in my back" and "it must be a sharp pain, my whole back hurts and I'm getting sick".
