I UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING BUT ROCKLAND/FOX LUGGAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHORT! IF I HAVE TO BASE IT ON.

GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THIS BACKPACK! IF YOU CAN BUY IT FROM ANOTHER SELLER< PLEASE DO IT! THE ONLY REASON I GIVE THIS BAG 3 STARS IS MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT LONG LASTING. I UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING BUT ROCKLAND/FOX LUGGAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHORT! If I had to base this on the company they would get 0 stars! I bought this for my third grader who is in love with this backpack. The handle fell apart within 30 days. I purchased an extended warranty so I contacted asurion who referred me to the seller as it was still under manufacturer warranty. I contacted Rockland Bagage through Asurion's contact number and was told to email them. I emailed Rockland and when they replied they wanted to charge me 50% of the original purchase price and said it was a "SHIPPING FEE". INDEED? This backpack fell apart after 30 days and you want to charge me 50% of the price and is it under warranty? When I asked them about it, they said they would only charge me $17 to replace it, which is still 36% of the original purchase price. HONESTLY IF I COULD SWITCH TO ANOTHER SELLER I WOULD DO IT. ROCKLAND/FOX LUGGAGE DOESN'T HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! Do yourself a favor and don't order from ROCKLAND/FOX LUGGAGE.
