Review on 🏔️ Seiko Alpinist SARB017 Jubilee Bracelet by Steven Loy

This was a beautiful watch strap as received. When I tried to resize I couldn't resolve some of the links. There was some sort of white "Loctite" material on the ends of the screws that I was able to unscrew. Ribbon. I waited a month for a package from Hong Kong, it came, but there was a piece in the package, but there was no strip - it was empty. I reported this to the support team but they never responded. It's been over a month. I've always wanted this on my SARB017, but now I have nothing to show other than $120 less in my bank account. I will say that the Hong Kong support was very professional but the process of proving what was wrong was lengthy and slow to complete. I should have just handed it back to Revain but decided to work directly with the company instead. This is a 5 star product if the sizing works without a problem.
