I don't think anyone likes their compression stockings but they did the job effectively. They are not a good substitute for fashionable stockings; You can see the waffle knit texture when you are near it. However, they are completely opaque, so it is not too noticeable from a distance. I was afraid these stockings would fall off but they actually fit well and the silicone dots on top hold them up well. How thick they are, I was surprised they are quite breathable! My only gripe is that they fit so snugly that I felt uncomfortable bending my leg. When I did, they wrinkled at the back of my knees and the creases actually dug into my skin, making them quite uncomfortable to sit on. However, I believe that this applies to all stockings with such a high level of compression. . If you don't really have a recipe, you might want to try a less compression sock before resorting to these big guns.
