I really liked this travel glass. SO MUCH. I used it every day and wouldn't dare leave it in the car for weeks like other dumb tumblers I own - honestly, highest praise. After about a month of my love affair, the lid started sticking. Kind of a suction situation that I don't understand. Filmed several times but after a month of use the cover was 100% melted. We have tried everything. It happened while driving, so about half a cup of coffee is just ROTTS there. That's rough. I contacted Swell right after this happened and asked for a replacement and didn't hear a word. Not even. I am very upset because this product is not cheap and I really enjoyed it. I don't want to throw it away in case Swell doesn't believe me and demands that I resend the video I made of trying to open the lid. That's it. Buy this if you want a happy month of hot coffee and then more than a month of disappointing tears.
