You can send tickets directly from email or your phone without needing access to any computers or mobile phones.The software does need some polishing but i think it's improving with every update they make (even minor ones). The major issue facing most of us in my situation when using this service has been that there are almost never buses. When I am notified by SMS of upcoming stops and routes with their times etc. There seems little if not no effort being put into actually letting our passengers know where those services are arriving as opposed to simply sending out text messages which do get read and acknowledged at least a fair percentage of time. If you want reliable information about bus arrivals and times then definitely look into this software and others like them. What I was looking for is accurate timing info - especially since we are trying to reduce transit time so the actual trip takes less time than expected on average.
