UPDATE: Three lamps failed after three years. They dim and then stop working. In addition, plastic housings are destroyed by UV radiation. Typically, LED bulbs last for years. They begin to fail after three years and a very limited on-time while the van is in motion. The headlights installed by my trailer builder were poorly designed and incandescent. Lens caps often fell off. I ordered seven red and five amber bulbs in this kit, replacing the originals. The lenses snap firmly in place and shouldn't have any drip issues like original OEM bulbs. They were well made and matched the original lamps perfectly. The screw holes are 3" off center and match the originals well. I didn't have to drill new holes in the trailer. The lamps come well packaged and including screws. However, you must provide your own connectors. I sealed the headlights with clear silicone, that should provide enough water resistance in case rain tries to get through the light. All lights worked and there were no defects. It is very important that you connect the black wire to the +12VDC wiring and the white wire to the ground wire on your trailer. If you installed a flashlight and it doesn't work, you probably installed it with the polarity reversed. The colors of the LEDs match the color of the lens. The yellow lights have yellow LEDs and the red lights have red LEDs. If the lens comes off, at least the lights will still be the correct color until you get a replacement.
