I'll admit I was skeptical about what you could buy for $22, but I was very pleased with the quality of these grips. The surface texture was just pliable, but not too soft. Wiring quality looks good too, and a built-in switch on the left handle makes installation much easier and looks clean too. Please note that these grips will only work on motorcycles with a throttle cable. Many new bikes use an electronic throttle position sensor, so there is no cable. I was hoping I could just remove the new crank from the included cable choke tube and use the existing choke tube (which is part of the sealed electronic pickup mechanism), but that's not possible without damaging the new block. I'm sorry about my Moto Guzzi V85tt but I'm so pleased with the quality and price that I'll hang it up and keep it for my future bike or as a gift to a friend.
