Review on Optimized Full Brow Serum by Province Apothecary by Travis Jenkins

I like and dislike this eyebrow serum from Providence Apothecary. Let's start with the good. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and have noticed a slight difference in my eyebrows. They look a bit thicker and fuller, and in some places even look a bit longer. The smell of this remedy is reminiscent of lavender essential oil and maybe a little peppermint, the smell is quite pleasant. What I don't like is that it's actually not a serum but an oil. There are many problems with it like the fact that it's really thick, slippery and oily. And it doesn't penetrate the skin at all. You also can't put makeup on this stuff unless you use almost nothing and then dab it off after a few minutes. Because of this, I used it once a day at night. They recommend both morning and evening, but I can't wear this with makeup, and even without makeup, my brows and the area around them look like I smeared them with olive oil or something! In general it seems to help, but in fact it's not a serum!
