Received a used item.
The product is very beautiful. Not a typical Sambrani taste. It has a mixed "pumpkin spice" smell. The burn time is longer than average and the scent spreads much further around the home than other incense sticks I've used (I'm a regular Satya customer). Box I received was sealed with tape. Someone had already opened the box, cut open the packet of incense sticks and stolen the "free gift" from the packaging, but left an empty box with a product sample. This was done by Revane.
