My boyfriend and I needed a little more space in the bathroom to store some things and this product fits perfectly. After assembly, the product looks durable and beautiful. I would give this product a higher rating if they improved the installation and installation. Overall I am happy with this product and would use it again or recommend it as the price is very reasonable for the use I get from it. I would like it to be a little wider. Towel rack is only good for towels in my opinion. The average shelf is only about 5 inches. It would be nice if this could be regulated. As I mentioned earlier, there are a few setup features that make it more of a 3 star product in my opinion. First, it might not carry as much weight as some of the better designs. The shelf attaches with one screw on each side around the center of the vertical bars. Once you've tightened it down, it can be pretty easy to bend the vertical bars since they don't sit flush with the wall. I'd rather see the screws at the top and bottom. Supplied dowels ensure reliable fixation of the drywall. The shelf isn't very big, and I bet most people will have a hard time cluttering it. Another problem with the installation is that it could have been easier to install since it doesn't come with a template. Also, some parts are very difficult to distinguish from each other. I had to partially disassemble halfway to fix the error. There are some odd design choices, but nothing that can be fixed through trial and error.
