The ability to communicate with the team across various platforms and engage them via email, calls or video conferencing. Very customizable for us as it allows to connect with our remote employees, not only during working hours but also outside of office work hours. This helps us have more communication within the same day about projects happening at different locations and time zones around all over world. Also I personally like how they are able to interact with me using zoom while waiting for meetings to start. Having my colleagues who would attend a call or meeting out of their offices and home located far away could be very hard if we do not use this tool well enough to make it happen easily. I like that this allows me to interact with my clients (and other participants) at any time, day or night. It also has great analytics capabilities. The interface can be improved - it could use more "modern"/mobile-friendly design elements. If you are looking for an easy way to engage stakeholders around ideas and concepts of building innovative products then look no further! As mentioned above, we have been able to get our customers engaged by using these sessions.
