Review on TRIM-SOP by Christopher Clearfield

The best part of trim sop was it's ease of use for my staff in putting together their own SOPs when they were first getting started. I wish there could have been more templates available since we had limited resources at our disposal during this process -- but still managed to get through most things! There are some missing features as well such as being able to put multiple people under one heading or subheading which would make them easier to find within an archive file should someone want to look up something specific later down the road. Trims Sop helped me speed along the training phase by allowing us all to work from home instead of having everyone come into the office every day (which slowed everything way too much).
