I actually like it, but the picture is completely deceiving.
It wouldn't be fair of me to say I won't be using this bag at all! I really like it but the picture about the handles is totally misleading. The handles remind me that this bag can be crossbody, although the handles aren't really long enough to hang under the arms. Otherwise there are many pockets inside so that nothing gets lost in a large bag. The skin is softer and may soften over time. Definitely worth the price and ideal for air travel.
