Almost long enough! :)
My brother and I are at least 6'1" and overweight. This tie is almost long enough to tie in a bow down your back, but it's definitely better than a regular tie! I can barely tie them long enough to reach my waist and I have to tuck my shirt in the back to keep it from sticking out!
