These support stocks offer no relief, no support, no consolation. . This is a cheap, flimsy material that offers no real compression or support in or around the ankle or sole. Once you wear it for an hour or two, the material will begin to roll under your foot or slide down your calf areas. not really saying which end is for the top of the ankle and which is for the bottom of the foot near the toes.
