The chair looks great right from the start and is exactly what we wanted. The instructions were simple and looked very easy to follow. Then in step 2 we could not screw in the screw. We quickly discovered that during the manufacturing process a 'nut' was inserted into the chair to screw in eight screws. Our chair missed one out of eight and the screw won't go in. Therefore, the chair cannot be assembled. We then entered the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE wormhole! After a week of them saying they would send a new hardware package and we saying it wasn't hardware we finally requested a refund from Revain. What did the manufacturer do? They closed the request by lying and saying they "solved a technical problem." After another week of no response and "we're checking production" we still don't have a chair and our money's gone. Be careful here!
