So far so good. I was skeptical about purchasing because there were no previous reviews detailing their experience, but I'm happy to say I took the risk. I bought this for my daughter. It's her freshman year of high school and I wanted to offer her a lunch where she could have all of her snacks and meals in one place and not have to puff around with her many bento boxes or containers. I first bought a bento lunch bag for her and then this bento box for her hoping it would fit her perfectly (after looking at the sizes). It was the perfect match. I struggled to put ice packs in, but I managed to put two thinner ones on top of the box and there was still room. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I hope it stands the test of time. Ps also comes with a stainless steel spatula and chopsticks.
