Good service. Neat grinder.
I love that it has two jugs for a variety of grinds. I use a two-blade jar for coffee beans and a four-blade jar for spices. Steel cans are fairly easy to clean. Although the machine is quite noisy, it gets the job done quickly. I once burned out its motor trying to grind sugar crystals into powder. I had to take a break after lapping for a while, but I ended up overheating and welding the engine. Special thanks to their service team, especially Joy who promptly replaced the grinder due to this issue when I emailed them.
