Consistently speaks the best musical toy
Age says 0+ but my 15 month old niece didn't care. To be honest she was afraid of it. So be careful when buying for a younger child. However, the cow walks and talks as expected, and she reads and tells stories even when the child is not interacting with her. It doesn't turn off after a few minutes of inactivity, it has to be turned off manually. I rate this 3 stars.
