I like that it is easy to use, has lots of features for scheduling all types of events, allows you to track attendance, provides reports at various levels of detail which are very helpful in determining what needs improvement, etc. The price seems high compared to other options out there but it does include more than just ticketing/scheduling functions. Also, if you want something with even greater customization (e.g., event registration), be prepared to spend considerably more money. As far as functionality goes, this system really delivers in terms of being able to create and manage complex event schedules while providing useful reporting capabilities. It's also great that they offer several different ways to report your data via Excel or PDFs so that you can provide customized information to those who need it without having to send them raw data files.
