This is a seat belt buckle with a seat belt clip, with ultra stretch webbing, I'm pretty flat with no real stomach or butt but if you use a belt to hold Dickies work pants, or need keys and tools in pockets, belt needs to be adjusted about every 5 minutes to keep pants tight. The way I haven't ripped this thing in half yet says it's pretty solid for a price well worth it.
