Just kidding, 100 year olds will love them too! We chose this truck for my son's first birthday. He's already got a few toys and we knew he was going to get more, so we didn't want to spend too much. You are perfect. He doesn't quite understand how to push them on the ground yet, but he likes it when dad holds one of them and spins the wheels really fast. It's pretty fun for kids of all ages! Update: We've had them for over a year now and they still work great! The transporter usually comes off the tractor a bit easier than my little one likes, but oh well. It's not his favorite toy that he likes to pick up and carry, but when we're playing they're still best for walking on the floor. They work well on carpet (smooth, not shaggy) and linoleum.
