not durable but does the job
It's a bit flimsy - it's something like those fabric storage cubes with a soft top. It comes folded which gives you an idea of how durable it is. It works well as a tiny ottoman and the storage space is wonderful, but it's definitely not a solid, durable piece of furniture. It's perfect for my comfy little chair in the corner of my art studio - I use it to hold the books I'm reading, as well as a place to tuck my legs in if I'm curled up reading, or to wrap around one put the cup down. Tea while I sit.
