FIX #3: The charging port has stopped working because it is getting into the case rendering the fan unusable. It's past the return date so I took it apart to find the charging connector inside the case that was spinning. UPDATE #2: The second knife broke at work last night and is noisy now. UPDATE: 7/18/19 I was carrying my fan to work last night and all of a sudden it started making a strange noise. It turned out that one of the blades was simply broken. I inserted an image. I will try to find a replacement because I like it. I LOVE this fan. I was looking for something loud and wireless. Perfect! Fan speed just right. Makes me so much cooler at work than before! The neck area can get a little warm since the battery is located there, but this is not uncomfortable. Very tolerant. Highly recommended!
