hard plastic bristles, which I don't like. It doesn't dry very quickly, it takes about 20-30 seconds, which isn't bad, but if you squint, it can leave traces of lashes around the eyes. As soon as it is applied to the eyelashes, it becomes soft. I would recommend using an eyelash brush to further soften the lashes and give them a natural voluminous look. The bristles are so coarse that they separate the lashes a little. Good color and long lasting. I have black and brown. It's a medium brown, not dark, but looks very natural, adding just enough volume and color to your eyes to keep everything looking natural. If you are looking for a dramatic or bold shade, this is NOT your mascara.
