this is for VERY small people. You have to put your hands in the hanging parts. This should allow you to increase the pressure. Well, if you can be 6 years old, that's enough. if you are an average height person then not very much. If you increase the pressure, it stops too. You have to release the pressure or it will start again. I wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend it.
