When I put the needle on the needle of these sewing feet it doesn't hold well. It kind of snaps into place and appears to be on when I lift my foot, but if I touch it at all - like trying to adjust the fabric for sewing - it falls off. If I try a few times and drop the rod really hard on the bar it will grab and stay. To release it I push a lever on my car and it doesn't fall off, I have to pull it. After fixing the foot well, it seemed to work fine. I was hoping that one of the legs had a fault, but I tried the second one and had the same problem. I have many cheap presser feet from other manufacturers and none have locking issues so I'm not sure why they are having issues. I can get the job done and the folding part seems to work fine, but I'm concerned that I might damage my machine if I have to force it on. To be clear, I don't think they aren't "compatible" with my machine, I just think the manufacture didn't pay enough attention to the size or shape of the bar.
