Great place, friendly staff and fun environment
I have been working at this office for over 2 years now so it is something that i grew to love because of all my experiences here (although not everything was great).
The culture in general feels very open but with lots of different personalities too which can be enjoyable or difficult depending how you like people! It's good if your looking for some work life balance as there are many opportunities within AO even though its quite busy during certain times such us Xmas period etc where everyone wants their holiday pay / annual leave off! There isn't much around other than what we do but thats fine by me personally considering our workloads aren;t massive.
Pros
- Lots going down, interesting clients
- Good variety when picking up new cases.
- Wide range o fwork experience from junior associates through senior partners/partners
- Good amountof internal mobility between departmentsand offices across UK&.Europe(London)
Cons
- Not enough money paid out annually due
