I just got a Vt168H monitor and didn't receive any instructions. That's why I have to call. I couldn't get the touchscreen to work and adjust the screen brightness. So far I've been on the phone for over 3 hours and tech support is still unable to resolve the issue. You have to wait for the next call and lose more time. I've spoken to Harry/Supr, Kemark and now Akime/Escalation Leader. This is unacceptable! Faulty monitor straight out of the box and worst customer service. I do not recommend buying ASUS and I do not recommend buying this monitor. Too many headaches and the worst customer service. Akime/Escalation Supervisor fixed issues by reading the manual. I would also read the instructions if I had one. Asus has no trained and professional support. DO NOT BUY.
