I have a Ring Video Doorbell and Ring Spotlight cameras but I was looking for a DVR system that would record continuously for 1-2 months. I started looking on Amazon and found this setup. Very easy to install. The cables are labeled on each end so you know which end connects to the camera and which end connects to the DVR. Plug and play essentially. Once everything was hooked up we had a great picture and were able to easily set up the cameras to get the coverage we wanted. I read the reviews before purchasing and the only complaint most people had was the lack of instructions that came with the box. . I didn't think it was too big a problem. If you've ever installed a VCR or stereo, nothing changes. Lay the cable in the attic and plug it in. I didn't know how to connect the phone, I emailed Will and there was no problem. As with other reviews, everyone said Will was the best customer service representative. Is that so. He fixed me back and forth within a few messages. After a bit of practice, I'm very comfortable with system navigation, playback, settings, and adding/managing access to family members. know how to rewind to look for evidence to support an investigation. This isn't a system, you can just navigate through the playback menu and rewind to the time frame you want. Overall, I highly recommend the product. Every inch of my girth is surrounded at a great price and great image quality. I love that I can take my phone with me from anywhere and see my cameras live and play and save clips on my phone/tablet.
