I was very happy to find this for my son's new bedroom as according to the information provided it was the perfect size to fit in his closet. Not right! It doesn't even deserve 1 star! 1. It was less than the information provided.2. The rope handles are made of very soft cotton, similar to a rope that was already unraveling when it arrived.3. It does not stand on its own as shown in all the photos. He's not strong at all! It is thin and will fall off or collapse by itself.4. This is not a good laundry basket as stated.5. He was too late! 6. Customer service was terrible! When I asked for a refund and return instructions their responses were rude, like they were playing with an offer to refund 15% and keep it! It took me 21 emails and refused to leave a good review before they finally refunded my money! I will now do my best not to buy from this seller again!
