Review on 📏 Dritz 60-Inch Tape Measure, 1/2-Inch x 60-Inch, Purple by Sasha Hsiao

I bought the blue 2018 Dritz Wrap n Stay. I used it all the time, it's very good for body measurements. I thought she was safe. Made in Germany and recently released. (It's actually a Hoechstmass tape measure, it's engraved on the metal tip.) I've heard of lead in tape measures, but I was hoping this tape would be safe as it was very useful. I recently purchased 3M lead test sticks and tested the tape. Immediately pink! This means significant lead on the surface of the tape. I would never have bought it if I had known. Please choose another measuring tape! And if in doubt, you can check all vinyl tapes with 3M swabs (you can stretch them to check multiple items with qtips). This only gives a general idea, but the bright red or pink color makes it easy to identify the most serious offenders. And please do not let children play or use measuring tapes containing lead!
