Review on Cozy up with Sunbeam's SlumberRest Camelot Microplush Heated Throw in Mushroom by Sean Young

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good throw for the money but if you can afford it there are better ones

This heated throw gets the job done: it provides more than enough warmth, has a 3-hour auto shut-off, and is softer than throws of the past. And in its price range, it's probably the best blanket available, especially since Sunbeam is a well-known brand of electric blankets. Cons: You can definitely feel the wires and they're pretty stiff. And if you have the cash, consider the perfectly matching throw, also available here on Amazon. Why? The wires are much smaller so you don't feel them. I have a perfect fit blanket and this one and the perfect fit is better than this but it's almost double the price. easily turns on or changes temperature. It also doesn't turn off reliably. My mom's blanket does this too, although the on/off mechanism is different than mine. I would lower my rating to 3 stars because of that, but wouldn't rule out the duvet entirely. I still prefer a perfect fit shot. When switched on, it heats up quickly. The material of the ceiling got stuck in several places.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Flimsy
